Paint industry introduction:

In paint industry, people choose limestone powder, calcite powder, gypsum powder or barite powder to produce coating products.
Take the barite as example. The fine barite powder is widely used as the filler of various coating products which can increase the film thickness, strength and durability. The lithopone pigments obtained from barite can be used to produce white paint which is of more advantages than usual products.

If your raw materials are limestone and your desired fineness is about 325mesh, we here recommend to you trapezium grinding mill and Micro Poser Mill. Big limestone will be crushed and grinded in our grinding mills. The qualified limestone powder will be then discharged after meeting 325mesh. The limestone powder with 325mesh then can be used as the raw materials of coating products.
Oriental grinding mills to pulverize your calcite to be 600mesh:
Before processing calcite powder for decorative paints, you need use micro powder mill to pulverize calcite stone. Generally, calcite stone can be grinded into particles with fineness of 600mesh which is exactly needed in paint industry.

If your raw materials are gypsum and your desired fineness is between 0.2mm and 0.1mm, we here recommend to you Trapezium grinding mill. Through the pulverizing of our grinding mills, you can choose the gypsum to produce coating products.
